Wedding Day Coordination
The “Day of Coordination” package includes a one on one organizational planning session and a coordinator on site the day of your wedding to manage and execute all aspects of your wedding day. This includes coordination of vendors and on site management of your event. Simply relax during your wedding day and attend as a guest, while our professional coordinators work hard to assure your event runs smoothly according to your plan.
A la Carte Coordination
The a la carte coordination is a customized packages for the couple who has already started the planning process but would also like professional guidance along the way. We will step into your planning experience whenever and wherever you may need a little extra assistance.
We also offer specialized Design Coordination which will assist you with everything from custom one-of-a-kind linens, consultation with floral specialists or venue design where we take a seemingly blank canvas and create a wonderful masterpiece. Our team designs environments that artfully capture the essence of each couple’s individual style. We are here to help you develop and realize your flourishing concepts into your ideal event. Choosing color schemes and designing all the details to fit together can be difficult and that is why we offer our service a la carte to fit your needs.

Full Wedding Coordination
Full coordination is designed for couples who need assistance in every aspect of the wedding planning process. All the details and research will be covered; from assistance in choosing the perfect venue and vendors to the very important foundation of the event- the personal budget planning and supervision of the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception. This package is perfect for couples who lead busy lives, and need someone to assist in all of their planning, adjusting and fine-tuning, designing an event in your vision – from start to finish. So both you and your guests can enjoy every moment of your perfect wedding day.
Destination Wedding Coordination
Forever True Wedding Planning and Design is based locally out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada but also produces events in destinations worldwide. Recent wedding event locations include Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Bahamas, The Grand Cayman, Bali, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Okanagan, and Whistler. At Forever True we have coordinated and executed some of the most beautiful, exotic and romantic destination weddings imaginable.
